Me gano la vida con…

Para ganarme la vida y dar salida a todas las ideas que tengo en la cabeza, tengo mi propia empresa, que se dedica a la creación, producción y monetización de contenidos. Puedes ver lo que hacemos pinchando en este enlace.

En estos momentos, y dentro de esta actividad, estamos desarrollando tres proyectos que me hacen especial ilusión, porque todos ellos tienen un denominador común: mejorar la vida de las personas y trabajar por un futuro mejor.

Dicho así, suena muy genérico. Por eso, vamos a ir concretando.

Escuela de Inteligencia Directiva

La mayor parte de mi vida profesional ha estado unida al desempeño de puestos directivos, bien como jefe de departamento, bien como director general, y por último, y desde hace 10 años, como empresario.

En el 2015 lancé la Escuela de Inteligencia Directiva. En ella quería unir, no solo mi experiencia profesional y de vida en el extranjero en un entorno multicultural, sino también la de personas de reconocida trayectoria. De esta manera, queremos contribuir al progreso de otras personas o empresas que quieren competir en el mundo complejo que estamos viviendo.

Pero no queremos competir de cualquier manera. Pensamos que necesitamos personas y grupos de gran competencia técnico ‐ética, que estén dispuestas a responsabilizarse en proyectos a medio y largo plazo para regenerar el tejido económico‐industrial. 

Queremos crear una comunidad donde se comparta el conocimiento necesario para desarrollar proyectos empresariales exitosos que generen riqueza y empleo de manera prolongada en el tiempo.

Las empresas son el principal motor de desarrollo y progreso social, y deben contribuir a que los cinco grupos de interés que interactúan con ella mejoren sus condiciones y calidad de vida. Esos cinco grupos son:

  • Propiedad
  • Plantilla (propia de la empresa o subcontratada)
  • Clientela
  • Empresas suministradoras
  • Sociedad en la que está situada

Por eso, nuestro fin es “democratizar” esos conocimientos necesarios para que una carrera profesional o una empresa avancen.

Nuestro contenido es de creación propia y ajena (pero de fuentes que conocemos y en las que creemos y confiamos).

Nuestro punto fuerte es el pensamiento estratégico creativo. Pensar diferente para construir proyectos muy competitivos a largo plazo, aunando el rigor empresarial con la libertad del espíritu creativo, y buscando el equilibrio entre la disciplina y la espontaneidad.

Hablamos desde la teoría, pero también desde la práctica, porque nos comprometemos ofreciendo servicios de consultoría a empresas y demostramos que nuestros métodos funcionan (y muy bien, por cierto).

Zirimiri

Zirimiri es nuestra propuesta para combatir el drama (y la lacra) de la violencia de género.

Cada año vemos que las cifras de asesinatos de mujeres, violaciones, acosos,… siguen estables y no disminuyen. Y sin embargo, en la vida hay un dicho que suele funcionar: “es mejor prevenir que curar”.

En ese caso, ¿cómo podemos hacer una prevención efectiva que disminuya (y ojalá, erradique) esos números tan macabros?

En primer lugar, formando e informando a la sociedad. Como la población es muy amplia y variada, hay que segmentar esa información. Nosotros hemos dividido dos grandes grupos: juventud (15-30 años) y familias.

Cada grupo recibe su información propia, con sus formatos propios, con sus referentes propios y sus canales de difusión correspondientes. No es lo mismo dirigirse a jóvenes de 15 años que a padres o madres de familia que tienen que educar a sus hijos e hijas. Tienen necesidades diferentes.

Un ejemplo de lo que hacemos es el primer capítulo de la webserie que hemos creado, que se llama “Alternativa” (en este caso, dirigida al público joven). Son historias sobre situaciones reales, que ocurren todos los días, y con más frecuencia de lo que nos gustaría. Aquí puedes ver el vídeo.

También trabajamos presencialmente en centros escolares. Este año vamos a estar en dos colegios del entorno de Bilbao.

Toda la información que emitimos interactúa con la audiencia, y la analizamos mediante Inteligencia Artificial (Big Data), de manera que podemos extraer conclusiones interesantes que nos ayuden a mejorar los contenidos (más allá de saber cuántos “like” se dan).  Así, modulamos el mensaje y la difusión (a corto plazo). También esperamos poder ayudar a disminuir las cifras asesinatos, violaciones, acosos,… (a largo plazo).

Para ello hemos constituido un equipo potente de personas expertas en psicología, pedagogía, sociología y comunicación, y contamos, además, con la colaboración de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de Deusto.

Sinceramente, es un proyecto pionero en el mundo (suena a “bilbainada”, pero no conocemos ninguna experiencia parecida). Nace en Bizkaia pero estamos seguros de que las conclusiones que saquemos van a ser extrapolables a cualquier país, porque el problema es global. El éxito de este proyecto supone salvar muchas vidas al año, así como evitar muchos ataques (en distinto grado) a las mujeres. Semejante objetivo es un factor de motivación extraordinario.

El enemigo en tu nevera

Este es un proyecto relacionado con la salud. Ahora no puedo contar mucho sobre el mismo, porque lo estamos “cocinando” con mucho cariño, aunque te puedo asegurar que está tomando una pinta estupenda y que va a sorprender, de manera positiva, a la audiencia (por la forma en la que se trata una temática que afecta a toda la población en su vida diaria). ¡No quites el ojo a tu pantalla! Por supuesto que, en cuanto haya novedades, te informaré de manera adecuada.

Este es, en resumen, mi sueño profesional y empresarial, de cuyos avances estarás al tanto.
